Join us for a weekend of fun and community service!

On Saturday, the Fall Service Weekend participants join our Scenic Fall 5k Trail Run-Walk as campers and their families run or walk around Spectacle Pond – winding through the properties of both Burgess and Hayward. Along with helping prepare for the 5K and guiding runners/walkers along the route, service opportunities include turning in garden beds for the winter, raking, and trail maintenance.Service Weekend participants reside in the heated Camp Burgess cabins and eat in the Camp Burgess dining hall. This program is open to ages 9-16. Round-trip transportation from the Emilson YMCA in Hanover is available for an additional fee.
