This rewarding position is a professionally-minded opportunity for 21+ folks who are looking for a tight knit community of creative and dedicated outdoor educators. From March through October, we host day and overnight grade school field trips, college student organizations, a wide range of adult groups – and even weddings! We offer our guests programs that strive to instill wonder, encourage stewardship and cultivate community. With quality hands-on science classes, a state-of the art high ropes course, low ropes team-building course, climbing tower, recreational waterfront, organic farm, and over 300-acres of forested property surrounded by 3 freshwater ponds, Burgess OE is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts looking to share the science of nature and the power of teamwork with our guests.
