This week has been a busy one at the farm!

We also started planting outdoors: peas, lettuce, kale, spinach, and radish all went outside. And we started some summer favorites in the greenhouse, including giant sunflowers and miniature melons.

And we were super excited to see that our garlic, planted last October, made it through this cold winter and sprouted up through its mulch. Between the garlic and our newly-seeded basil, we see some delicious pesto in our future!
