Please join us for the First Dunk!

Sunday, May 21st, 2017, 10 am at  Camp Burgess, 75 Stowe Road, Sandwich, MA. 

The “First Dunk” is a family-friendly community event, featuring a basketball tournament, camp games, zip-lining, raffles, a cookout and campfire!

As a branch of the South Shore YMCA, Camp Burgess & Hayward is a charitable organization, proudly designating all proceeds from this event to provide “camperships” – scholarships to send underprivileged children to Camp.

Annually, we award over $250,000 in assistance so that all children can experience Camp, and benefit from our life-changing programs.

Please join us as an attendee, spectator…and/or player!

Basketball teams must be made up of 3 or 4 players, and each team must raise at least $150 (collectively as a team of 3) or $200 (collectively as a team of 4) by May 21st, to be entered into the tournament.

There will be prizes awarded for top team and top individual fundraisers, as well as “best dressed” team!
